This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the phone is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to stop or pause the recording and answer questions. Their recording states that they are collecting information to update Google listings, but Google is very clear that they do not collect information in this way. This is clearly a scam. When you do get to an operator, they further violate the TCPA by hanging up rather than answer when asked for a phone number and physical address. They claim that they are prohibited from providing this information, though 100% of legitimate businesses will provide this information and the TCPA requires that they provide it when asked. This is clearly a scam. Do not provide these scammers with any personal or financial information.

I didn't answer but EVERY call I get from Washington is a some form of [***] telemarketer scam call. I'm on the other side of the country and don't know a single person there. Most never leave a message and if I answer it the normal BS. I block EVERY call I get from WA... here is another for the list.

Robocalled twice today: "Our records show you have not updated your Google listing..."  Same female voice, same message as dozens of others coming in from 360 area code. Disgusting
