360-633-9092 --- United Public Opinion Group --- Foghorn sound, automated voice saying I won a trip, just answer these questions.
They never give a way to get off the call list.
This company calls about once a week to my work number and my cell phone, switching numbers they call from as they get blocked by more and more people.

I was on another call, didn't take the one from this, and am looking and reading all your notes now about (360-633-9092) SO I KNOW I WON'T CALL BACK!  Thanks.

Called my business phone as well.  Missed the call.  Likely the cruise liner calls I get all the time.

The company calling is Caribbean Cruise Line.   http://www.2012getaway.com/
When they call, you are presented with a fake political survey....surveys are exempt from the Do Not Call registry.
If you take the survey you are awarded a "free" cruise to the Bahamas but you have to pay $59.99 per person in "port fees".
If you pay the fees and book the cruise you are required to attend a 5 hour timeshare presentation or you can't board the ship. The timeshare pitch is very high pressure and unpleasant.
I could go on and on about this company but that's the jest of it.
What you should do when they call is pretend to be interested and waste as much of their time as possible.
I had them on the phone for 33 minutes yesterday pretending to be interested.  If they want to call back, I'll be happy to waste another half hour of their time.
