Three calls today, No message left (5 seconds of silence on vm)

Got a call from this character yesterday he caught me off guard and he's real good I'll give him that but not good enough he asked for my Visa card number or bank account info for number one IRS doesn't do that for any reason phone number to IRS sent you a certified letter if you owe a lot of money and number three they will call you over the phone so just kindly reject the call has already reported the number to the Internal Revenue Service and the inspector General's office and the identity theft prevention unit in Washington DC
