this is a FRAUD. they called me 3times and they are called Proactive something... they requested info about your visa or mastercard and said that they are acting on behalf of credit card companies of the fed.talked about lowering interest rates. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO

A number of calls to my phone from 360-604-8403 with request for credit card information, calles like 5 times a day. This is a male caller that has a voice distortion system on his phone.
