After several seconds of silence, boiler room sound and woman asked to speak with one of our people by first name. Very bad sound quality but made out she's with Construction Pipeline and wanting to know if we do work in our work area. Uh, where else? When I pressed her to tell me about a specific project she had in mind, she just hung up on me!
