A new number for Construction Pi.  They used to call from a different number but the same 360 area code.

This is why I love my Digitone call blocker - the Digitone can block ENTIRE AREA CODES.  I have had the 360 area code blocked for nearly 2 years.  
They can change numbers, but if they call from 360, or any area code from Washington state, THEY ARE BLOCKED!

Buy a call blocking phone or device - they work and they are inexpensive.

I believe it is construction pipeline. Dudes have been calling me for years. I tell them I'm no longer contracting any more, they still call.
