Unsolicited call from an outfit that identifies itself as a Bank of America Affilliate offering me a "Limited Time" offer of a "low Rate Credit Card" .   Called on my Cell which means not only is my line of thought disrupted over [***],  but that I am expected to pay for the air time they wasted on my Cell phone account;  I am IRATE!.

The number called me yesterday .i'm unsure why I never had Bank of America before.

I have a missed call from this number.  I have no clue who it is or why they are calling me.

Recorded message from "Account Services" regarding my credit card (which I don't have).  Hunt these people down, and jail them- as an example to other robocallers.

Felony charges and prison time would certainly send a message, but alas the powers that be hand out little slaps on the wrists.
Meanwhile, the robo-dialing criminals continue to violate TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act U.S.C. Title 18, Chapter 96 § 1962:
More Federal violations as they illegally spoof consumers callerID readout, causing consumers to report and even sue innocent people.
They additionally engage in illegal “revenue sharing” with dialers, and phone carriers.
They are also most likely violating their own State Corporation Laws, and committing credit card processing fraud. (credit card laundering).

Another Altamonte, Apopka Florida “cardholder services” goon goes on a campaign to prey on the elderly-  says Experian "the Credit Bureau has turned us over”. . .  four grand in credit card debt . . old man.“.  @approx 4:27
