Just got it. Didn't answer, tried to google it & it stopped ringing. Guess my (full) voicemail answered, though. I figured since I know nobody west of Houston that I wasn't getting a call from Washington State all the way to here in Mayberry, Mississippi.

I just received a call from this number. Cruise ship horn blows in your ear....so annoying!!!!!

I think these are numbers used by merchants in China that sell things on line and they call you to verify if it is you who purchased the item or if you made a complaint about their product, either they are using some form of calling card that has US numbers or they are doing some weird stuff with the numbers I am not sure, the reason I know this is because I bought something and they lied about the product and paypal told me to destroy the product that was claimed to be real but it was totally fake and now that I did that I keep getting calls from this number and I am not answering. They either use (360) 565-6872 or (206) 496-0419. So if you bought anything online and it came from China that is one of the places that is using these numbers.
