I received a call from this number, as well. They claim to be IRS and have an arrest warrant in my name. This is not true. The IRS does not call with this information.

They called me twice today.  I called the number back and told them to take me off the list.  They hung up on me.  I called back again and she asked what I needed.  My response was, "I don't need anything.  Someone from this number keeps calling me.  I am not interested in your crap.  Take me off the life."  The lady became very angry and curt and said, "OK FINE!"
