Get calls from this number every week or so. It's always very early, before I'm awake. Goes to machine, and it's a robot that starts talking before the beep, so all I hear is, "if not, press 2."

I called it back once. They just said, "hello?" without identifying themselves. I said I'd been getting calls from this number, and asked who they were. The man still did not say, but asked, "are you ____?" (A name, not mine). I said no. He said, "OK." And just hung up. The calls still keep coming.
