I never answer call I do not recognize.  Caller ID reads, "Washingon."  Why would I be curious or even want to answer this call?  These are all scammers.  The phone companies give service to anybody even if it means they are illegitimate.  I dont answer these calls.  I let it ring, block call, and/or hook up to my fax line.

The google scam, apparently. Ignore and block. The number is spoofed by off shore criminals after your cash, ID, whatever.

Enough! I'm sick of this GOOGLE scam. I had a small business and list my cell number, mistake. Now I get calls from this ripoff place wanting to place me in google search. HELLO???? iI'M OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Besides, YOU found me, how hard could it be?

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
