This number keeps dialing me 2-3x daily. It is a pre-recorded offer for credit. Please ask them to please stop callinb me.

Card Services, Member Services, Card Member Services, Student Services - these are the aliases that they have used, so far, with me.  Frankly, I'm not stupid enough to believe that a credit card company (or related) would call me unless they were doing something questionable.  Once I know who they are, I just hang up and add their latest numbers to the "do not answer" list on my devices.

They call me on my cell and land line,( morning and afternoon) usually twice a day.

No One on other end.

Annoying several calls harrassing calls

When I get these calls it is a recording telling me that I am eligible to have my credit card interest rates lowered. It claims that this is my final reminder. I wish that were true. I have tried to speak to a person to have my numbered removed from their list, but whenever you say you want to be removed, they hang up and the calls continue.  I get this call several times a week, and have for several months. You would think they would remove the number themselve to avoid wasting their time, but they don't
