I received the same call. But didn't answer & of course like the rest of you , no message. However, my cell is on the Do Not Call List!! Once ur # is on there it's on there. Unless it's been disconnected or a few other minor things, You don't have to redo it every 6 months. I didn't answer my phone so unfortunately I can't report them.
 But then u have company's like this who just dial every single #. So nothing is going 2 help.
 *  The real kicker is- a CC company? I could have had a lot of fun with them!! I don't use them!!!

I am in Indianapolis.  I received this same call yesterday.   No message so when I called back it said "National Do No Call Registry"..  enter your phone number with area code of the phone you are calling from...     I promptly hung up.
