I got a call that said I'm looking for someone who handles electric bill. As soon as I answered I am the one, the female voice said, "Thank you." and ended the call. It was just bizarre.

They call on a regular basis and it is annoying.

I did not answer it .... I'm so sick of all these calls from numbers that I'm not familiar with
