Some kind of travel promotion.

One of the worst crooks
I believe they are being investigated for wrong doing
STAY AWAY THEY ARE CROOKS

I would love to meet one of these [***] in a dark alley. Instead of calling my number, they'd be calling 911!

I received a call from this number about 10 minutes ago; it displayed the name "Travel Rewards". Needless to say, I didn't answer.

Just received a call from here not 5 minutes ago - Travel Rewards on the call display. I answered without saying hello and an automatic message with a lady came on and said "Congratulations! You have just won a free cruise! To claim your prize press 9. That's the 9 key. Please press now." then repeated. I didn't press anything and eventually it hung up.

I'm in Toronto, Ontario.
