Been getting the same message twice daily for a week. What crazy is, you would think that if someone was going to go to the trouble of scamming you, they would do a better job of making the recording a little more convincing. It's like those email scams from West Africa where the grammer isn't even 5th grade level.

just received this call today.  they left a message stating that we had 24 working hours before local cops take action regarding taxes and left a number to call to "discuss".  It was a "robo" call scam message, as the IRS mentions on their web site cautioning tax payers against scams.  Thank you for this site and all your posts.

Called this scam back and let this no good Indian [***] know that I will be looking for him to cut his head off and [***] down his neck!

Same thing as mentioned before. 4 warrants for my arrest. Low life!! The "cops" will arrest me if I don't contact them with 24 hours.

I have 2 calls, first from a man second a woman, both stating I had 25 hours to call or legal action was going to happen. Thought it was funny they said "the cops" we're going to come. A real company would say a police office or a patrol person.  Ridiculous!
