DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING AND DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU!!!!

Today I came to work only to find that a Jake Hopper had talked to everyone there already and needed me to urgently call him back at 360-515-2952 from Legal Accounts Associates. He told me I was being sued by All State Insurance because of Advance Payday Plus. So I frantically called him and requested paperwork and who I owed money because I never received money from this company. I had my bank account closed and switched last September because after taking one payday loan (which I paid in full and have a receipt) a lot of electronic debits were coming out for different websites and memberships.

Once I switched bank accounts, the problem stopped and I would get the occasional email thanking me for my order with various amounts but within a week of those emails I would get a phone call saying because I didn't pay for my order I couldn't be a member and they would try to get financial information from me but I always chose to cancel. Jake Hopper wasn't available when I called but Allen Smith was and he told me I owed $358 and I could pay that before 5pm today or go to court and if I won I'd have to pay their legal fees of $4000 and if I lost I'd have to pay them $4358. They told me to cantact Ron at Advance Payday Plus 951-215-4155. Ron kept telling me I needed to decide because it was out of his hands. I found this forum and it said to contact:

I did and they were happy to accept my phone call. Either someone is working on the inside stealing information or they hacked the payday loan system. The Secret Service ADVISED ME NOT TO PAY ANYTHING AND TO JUST HANG UP AND THEY'LL STOP CALLING AND NOT TO GIVE IN TO THEIR THREATS. These companies are the ones breaking the laws, we are just victims of identity theft. They try to feed off the fear of us by making meaningless threats, which we take seriously (law suits, huge amounts of money compared to a smaller amount, being arrested, talking to our bosses, etc.). THEY ARE BLUFFING AND YOU NEED TO CALL THE SECRET SERVICE!

Everytime these idiots call me I keep giving them the secret services #.  They will call where ever you tell them to.  I called the secret service # immediately after I gave it to the guy that called me and the lady said that she had him speaking with one of the agents.  Be careful though, they called my employer already and said some pretty harsh things, but I already have a police report filed for harrassing phone calls.  The local FBI also has it posted as a fraud alert on their site.  Keep track of the numbers and the messages if you can and report it.  Hopefully if we get enough of those calls going to that 989-497-0580 (secret service office) that our good ole' gov't can actually do something to stop these moron's.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They are empty threats and just looking for someone that is ignorant enough to give them what they are asking for.

i have these people call me six  times today and i would like for them to stop calling me and harassing me .when they call it shows up on caller id private caller or unknown but the guy that left the first message left a number and it was this number and he said his name was jake hopper. i do not owe a payday loan but i do not answer it. unti i see paper work of who i am suppose to owe and how much and when i was suppose to have took out the loan these crazy people will not get a dime from me and i talked to a lawyer and they can not arrest people on their owe. i wished somebody would hunt them down and punish them for harrasing people

I bee nreceiving messages two days now. The recording is the saem recording about the payday scam that has been going on for years. I ignore the calls. Supposedly you will be arrested if you do not pay them a large some of money. If you ever filled out an online app for a legit payday loan, somehow these people get ahold of your information. I have been receving these calls for about 5 years now. I have copmplained to several federal and state agencies. I just hope that one day we can protect ourselves from these people.

I got the same call today from an Allan Smith and he said he was from Legal Account Association at 951-215-4155 about a payday loan I received and did not pay back. Well they even gave me an address 8021 Plymouth ST Oakland CA 94621 and it looked like a house (I googled the address). I reported this to the AG office in Texas.
