Just received a call from this number and they left a VM. It was an automated message from the Washington ESD calling about options for health insurance for the unemployed. I have health insurance from my husband, so I didn't call back.

Those A-holes have been calling my number for over 8 years, there must be some way to stop that idiocy.
Where the hell is the FCC in monitoring and closing down these useless ,disturbing phone calls?

This number has been calling my number off and on since August 2014.  I have been unemployed for over 8 years now - if it was a real caller, why haven't they called before August 2014.  They take breaks in between rounds of calling about every 3 to 5 days.  I just ignore all calls that come in from unknowns as well as numbers I don't recognize.  This has to be a scam.

This number keeps calling they randomly leave a message and there is no name who is calling they leave a 2 to 7second message to call another number. They don't address me by my name or who they are abd it sounds like a machine babbling off another number. Sometime it's a voice message  that is blank. If it was from unemployment u think they would properly address them selves. I think it's a scam.

Sounds like a scam. Caller "unknown" is not from Washington State Unemployment.
