I got a voice mail that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and to call back.

I called back a Indian man answered and was in a call center.
He told me I owed $2762 from taxes from 2008-2013 and I needed to pay it today or I would go to jail for 3 years. He told he check my account and knows I have that kind of money which I don't so I knew he was lying. He proceeded to tell me to not get a third party involved because it was a federal matter and t figure out how I was going to get the money today. I looked it up online and hung up.
I think its a SCAM I am pretty sure the IRS would need to give you more than 5 hours to pay anything or your in jail with no prior notice or anything.

I received this call at my place of employment number - rolled over from another phone, automated call stating the IRS was filing a law suit and this was the last opportunity to contact them. Phone number provided is 360-499-2921. I believe this is a scam.

Stupid jerk called left a vauge message when i called back some foreigner answers tells me its ME they r after then spells my aunts name i asked for a case # to give her he says to tell her to call this number and hangs up! Unfortunatley for him my aunt works for a lawfirm. When she gets the info ill try to update this to let ppl kno whats going on.
