I just received a call from this number. It was my Aunt in England. It is a number that is used when someone calls from a calling card, NOT her personal phone number. I believe it is a "transfer" number for lack of a better term. Usually an overseas call shows on caller id as unknown name, unknown number, so this was unusual.

Received call at 8:00 PM at my home phone. They said they were doing a survey about an XM radio disconnect. I asked for the company name and they gave me name Ipsos-Reid. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipsos-Reid
