Received the same phone calls. they are scams & bogus. IRS never leaves messages or computer generated calls. They use old school methods of US Postal service & letters, normally registered letters. They have to, to document their files. Also if they would call they would never give a number like the one they tell you to call in these computerized things. The give 800#s.

Final notice regarding a lawsuit filed by the IRS.  I just hung up.  Two calls in one day from the same number.  Both calls were a recorded message.

The IRS never uses a computer generated call to tell you about lawsuit. They use old school methods of letters. Normally registered ones at that so that they have documentation (paper trails) for their cases. These calls are bogus.
