On July 26, 2012, I got a call from this number. It registered on my caller ID as "Financial Ctr." I did not answer the phone. On today's date, August 15, 2012, I received another call from "Financial Ctr." except this time the number was 503-457-1407. I answered this call. The recording said that this is my final courtesy call to lower my credit card rate to 6%; all I need is $3,000 in credit card debt and one card in good standing. It also said they have tried to contact me several times and that this is my final call for my yearly credit card review.

The automated recording did not give a key to press to be removed from their list; It said "Press 1 if you are interested in lowering your credit card debt..."  So I pressed 1 and got a woman who said "So i understand you are interested in lowering your credit card payments?"  I said, "No, but I understand I want to be removed from your call list." Before I could finish my sentence, she hung up on me!

If you get a call from "Financial Ctr" on your caller ID, DO NOT ANSWER!

I have done this several times already and every time they hang up on me.  How am I to get off this list!???

I pressed 1 to speak with a clerk, who was difficult to understand, and when I asked him if he knew my number, he hung up on me.

I called this number back and reached a recording that offers to remove your number within 24 hours by pressing 1 ...

We'll see???

We too received a call from these scam artist.I pressed 1 and was told that they would lower our interst rates but  instead I asked why they keep calling us when we're on the National do not call list.The spinless whimp named Mark hung up on me.Get a life scammers!!!!

Sick to death of the constant phone calls.  Financial CTR called my home phone number today, which is unlisted and on the do not call list.  When I answered the call was still connected, but no one spoke.  I also get constant calls on my cell phone (which is also on the do not call list) from Card Holder Services.  They call from mutiple phone numbers.  "Hi this is Rachel from card holder services, there is no problem with your Account".  I've gotten so many calls I know the recording by heart.  I have ask mutiple times to be removed from their list and they just hang up on me.  What good is the No Call List?
