They keep calling...robo style...message says they are going to cancel our credit card or something to that effect and we know it's a scam since we have sterling credit?!  We are on DNC list, but it doesn't seem to keep these creeps away.

A little research on Google gave me the following information;

Perhaps someone (Federal Regulator) could now take this to another level by contacting Frontier Communication and informing them of the fraud being perpetrated using one of the landlines.  These unsolicited calls must be stopped.
