Just got a call from "Ann from Political Opinions" (7:20 pm, July 2/12). I didn't bother tracing the number  as our local telephone provider now charges $2.00 for the privilege. (I'm in British Columbia.)  But from the comments above it is likely the same outfit.Unfortunately, there is no way for Canadians to register with the US DNC list, although by the sound of it, it wouldn't be of much use anyway. Our (Canadian) DNC list seems to work up here, aside from the numerous exceptions so generously provided by the CRTC. These databases should be linked, although that would still require our respective governments to "grow a pair" and start prosecuting the offenders.

Take a survey and have a chance to win a cruise to the Bahamas.

Same here... They have been calling for the past few months. I keep hitting 1 to request to be taken off the list. They continue to call.

Last time they said it was Ann. Not to mention the times I do pick up, the immediately hang up on me.

You got that right! I get about 2 unsolicited calls a week to a phone on the Do Not Call lists, both federal and state. I continue to file complaints, and I continue to get calls.

What a coincidence... I stopped getting Smart Travel calls saying " You WON a vacation" about 2 weeks ago. Now all of a sudden these bozo's are calling saying if I take a short survey I can win a trip to the Bahamas. I am pretty sure Sun Travels sold my number at this point. Nice....
