This is a scam artist - avoid - do not give out any personal numbers!!!
I just had to change all my credit card numbers.  If it sounds too good, run!!

I have been receiving calls from this number (360-474-3968) for the last few months.  They will not state the company name.  They want me to sign to reduce the rate on my credit cards.  I have asked them to remove my name from the call list and they say they will remove my name when I sign up.  They then hang up on me.

Here is one solution.  Have a whistle handy and when they call blow the whistle and ask them to "repeat" or "what dja say" or something along that line.  And every time they call stay on the line as long as they do, altho it won't be long, and whistle your tune.

I have been receiving these phone calls, what seems forever. I just hang up on the recording. This time, I spoke to someone, who was very rude, when I asked him to put me on the no call list. He then asked me why I have a phone, if I don't want any phone calls. Then I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said, why? The rude young man kept denying my right to speak to a supervisor, to stop these phone calls. Then he proceeded to belittle me more and refused to put me through to a supervisor. Eventually the conversation escalated into obscenities and name calling. I eventually hung up the phone, and called the number back, which had a message to push the number one, to stop the annoying phone calls. Whoever is running this business needs to be put in jail...

Yikes!  Mary, I would contact your card provider and explain what happened, maybe close that account and open a new one.  You may also want to start receiving copies of your credit report...
