Keep getting calls from this number but since I don't reconize it  I don't answer. Leaves no message. Glad I'm on the No-Call-list.Apparently it doesn't cover "robo" calls

After reading the above comments, I'm glad I missed this call. I'm another one who doesn't pick up the phone if I don't recognize the number. If it's important, the unrecognized caller can leave a message. In this case however, this company is rude enough to make unwanted cold calls, and rude enough not to leave a message.
