I've been getting calls from this # for weeks on my cell phone. I always reject the call. They never leave a message. One thing i've always heard about spam emails and this might apply to spam phone calls also is never click on a link to have yourself removed from their list. It doesn't remove you and just confirms that they are sending emails to a working email address.
