these people need to get a life and leave everyone alone

I just got a call from this number on my home line. My son picked up but no one answered. I live in MA and I'm registered with Do Not Call. Does anyone know who these people are?

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone which I did not answer.  On my land line, it appears to use a political survey as a ruse to sell something, like a vacation package.

We just got one in Virginia; don't know if this actually works, but go here to request that you be removed from their list:

I've been called twice by this number and ignored the call each time. No message was left. I just now called them back and got the recording saying it was Anne from Political Surveys and I'd been contacted for a survey but that the survey time had now expired. I was offered an option of pressing 1 to be removed from their call list so I hit it and got a message saying I'd be permanently removed from their call list. Let's hope that's true.

So call back and press 1 and maybe you won't get these calls anymore.

Political calls are exempt from the Federal Do Not Call Registry so it doesn't matter if our number's on the Do Not Call list or not. These jerks can still bother us if they want to. It's so irritating.
