another "lower your interest" card services call from yet another number.  Press 3 to remove number, press 1 to talk to rep.  I pressed 1, person hung up when I said hello.  They obviously don't want anything other than to verify that someone is on the other end, so looks like they are collecting phone numbers to sell, so please don't press 3 or 1 as that will just put your number on the list they are going to sell.

Hey wow - did they actually (mis)represent themselves as being Visa? I have had to be careful because of the silent 'W' in my own name!   Maybe instead of complaining to the government we can complain to the credit-card companies.  Fraud by others is bad for business.  But in government they move too slow and are bribed silly by Lobbyists!
