Sales call from Card Services wanting to reduce the interest rate on your credit cards.  I dont have any credit cards.  I tell them I'm on the do not call registry, but they get huffy and hang up on me.

Multiple calls daily from Credit Card Services from multiple numbers that show up on the
 caller ID.  Twice they've called and the caller ID indicated a LOCAL number.

 Would someone please TRACK THESE PEOPLE DOWN and post their name and
 THEIR phone number so we all can start calling THEM.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
