Deceptive marketing call about "Credit Card Services". Called in violation of the Federal do not call registry. Scum.

Should add that I only stayed on the line to tell them to remove my number from their list, and the jerk hung up on me. Total dirtbags.

Called my elderly father today and scared him.  He thought someone has created $3,000 credit card in his name.  He hung up on them.

this phone number comes back to Cbeyond Communications, LLC - Overall. Their office number is 678 424 2456.  As soon as I mentioned who I was (a Federal Agent) they hung up.

I just received another call from these scum, the 7th one so far just this week alone.  I estimate having received over 200 calls from them in the past 12 months.  Today's call allegedly came from this number, but I have received exactly identical calls from multiple other numbers with the same message.  I have been getting these calls for months, sometimes as many as three in one day from various numbers.  The call always ends with you can press 2, or sometimes 3, to opt out, which I have done almost every time, so this is obviously fake.  I have tried pressing 1 to speak to their operator, but they hang up the moment they realize they do not have a real customer, aka sucker, on the line.  I am on both the federal and state do-not-call lists, I have filed complaints with the FCC and my state's own agency that regulates the do-not-call list, but nothing does any good.  It is obvious that these scum care nothing about the law and that the law is powerless to stop them.

I therefore propose that Congess needs to change the law.  Since these creatures...I will not degrade humanity by referring to them as human...ignore the law and the law is powerless to stop them, I propose a constitutional ammendment that allows us to take chronic offenders like this to court and be stripped of any human rights or protections since they clearly have no place in a civilized society governed by laws.  Then we can hunt them down and permanently rid the planet of them and end this problem once and for all.
