Received a call today - when I picked it up, say 'hello', loud electronic sound and the call is dropped.

BTW heard of a scam used in France - when you dial back on a number you don't recognize it's a $10/per/minute call, and they try to keep you on.  So, don't dial this 360 -number.  Let them dial you, then hang up when you work it out.

got a call from this number it was an Indian accent claiming to be from microsoft, i hung up mid sentence

Someone tried to ring me from this number but I wasn't home to answer it. The caller ID showed up as Overseas.
