constant calls from this number every day for the last several months..rings 1.5 times and never leaves message..called back and it is a "promotion center" of unknown origin...

same thing constant messages..is this a scam..seems like it is trying to redirect the call from India or China most likely

no one there, calling repeatedly, says "Spokane" only in ID

The calls come in at least twice a day and there is no message. This has been going on for the last 4 weeks.
