just got a call from this number, answered, nothing there, then a beep, disconnected. ID said Port Angeles, WA

Got a call 11-11-11 around 10 am. Didn't answer, and no message. Also says it originated in Port Angeles, WA. My carrier is Sprint; came to my cell. My phone number is new. Definitely done kind of spam or prank.

Wife was called by #. Rang for 15 seconds, not enough time to answer. I'd said "washington".
