Do not know who this is, but it's annoying. Obviously they/he/she do not believe on Do Not Call lists. I don't know anyone in WA no matter how many different phone lines they use.

I keep getting calls from 360-461-4696 and all that comes says (this is your captain speaking) then nothing happens after that.
