They keep calling about a cruise implying that I signed up for a contest (i don't give out my number, ever) and when i call back it is busy.  I am on the no call list!

Called just now - rejected due to recognized area code from west coast, where I have no contacts. Likely auto-dialed by computer using a sequence of all numbers in a block. Such tactics ignore 'do not call' lists, so they are not effective. I have had calls from 2 other numbers in this same area code and exchange. My advice - set your phone to block that area code + exchange.

Got a recorded message:
***HONK*** This is your captain speaking, you have won two free tickets...
Second call I've had from these tosspots. If it weren't a scam I'd still love to take their cruise if only to present them with a pair of socks....concrete socks, and throw the [***] overboard.

Couldnt get to the phone fast enough when I called back I got a busy signal.
