SCAM - it is the boat horn survey - anyone know how to block this caller or how to get removed from calling list?

Its been at least once a month calls from this area code, got this number early this morning. I never answer but its getting kinda old....

I also get a Washington state call ever few weeks without fail sometimes several. Around Seattle area. I know one thing and it's that I'm not going to pay a cent to block someone. I wana get off the list.
