I've received 3 different calls from 360- 460-1884. These are unsolicited calls to my cell phone from a telemarketer and because I answer not knowing the caller these calls are charged to me. Is there a way to make them pay for these calls?

i got called twice from this number and i wasnt there to answer but when i call back it doesnt work

caller hangs up anytime that I pickup the phone
