call from American Family Insurance.  About 18 months ago, I looked for auto insurance.  Now, well over a year and half, I am inundated with calls from insurance companies.  American Family called at 6:38 pm, and when I called back I got their message that the office hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.  The message offered to send me to their 24 hour call center; I clicked the number, and got a dead line.
