Got a phone call, and a text message asking to "PLEASE CALL". When I returned the phone call a recording says "call cannot be completed as dialed.

Some Shoe Store apparently. They didn't leave a message either.

Got a call this morning, but they hung up when I answered. Caller ID said Port Angeles WA. I wonder if it's a bill collector, as I have an ex-boyfriend who I get a lot of calls for regarding past bills. It sounded like a phone bank in the background, like other people were calling out, too.
