Same here as John.  I left my name and number at a booth at the Puyallup Spring fair...I wonder if this is the root cause of the problem.

I got this same call too. I am presuming this is a telemarketer, minus the telemarketing. No message was left.  Also, Robert or anyone else, the Puyallup booth signup is not the source of their calling list, as I did not enter any name, in any booth or contest.  Anywhere.  Ever.

i got a call from this number too and I left my phone number at a booth at the Puyallup spring fair.  they should leave a voice mail. I don't answer numbers I don't know.

This number calls multiple times a day a few days out of the week from Olympia WA. There are no voicemails left and if you call back it states that "this voicemail has no been set up."

Same experience as Anna.  Tried picking up once but no one answered.
