It may also be an inmate at Clark County Corrections calling for reverse charges for a phone call. That is what it was for me.

I got a call from this number this morning at 8:15 they left no message I checked it on reverse number said it was Clark co offices office I called a recording said if I got a call from this number it is generic and there's no way to identify who may have called
so that said I know no one in jail and this is a cell number I've had for only 6-months I've never given this number out to any Clark co anything and the person who had this number prior to me lived in Seattle so I don't know WTF but last knight I was attacked by a homeless guy with a knife, I kicked his [***] and did give this number to hot looking woman cop who took my statement hopefully it was her but my luck most likely not but if it was the DA or a detective you would think they would have left a message

This number called me, and did leave a voicemail. It was the Clark County Pet Licensing office, reminding me that I needed to renew the license for our cat:

I just got a call from this number and it's SATURDAY 4:30pm!! It IS Clark co gov number- all of thief numbers start with 397.  No message was left and I don't have any pets to licence or court dates pending. So WTF are they calling me and not leaving a message they they always do and ON SATURDAY?They are CLOSED AND WERE YESTERDAY, VERERANS DAY. VERY WIERD. I'm checking the jail roster  to see if there's anyone who I know on it that's only exclamation I have other than that  there's no explanation for me it's not real strange . Especially since car county does not have my cell phone number which is the number that they did call weird
