I received a call from this number saying IRS has a lawsuit against me. They didn't provide any names. Is this a scam?

Received a call on August 6th from 360-388-3006 stating that if I didn't contact them/IRS I would have to go to court to solve the issue. Ha Ha what issue????? I returned their call and it was a vm stating the person was unavailable.

received two calls from above number stating that the IRS is filing a law suit against us. When I tried to call that number, it was "unavailable". Scam written all over it!!!!
