Do NOT give your credit card to people over the phone of course.  There are a lot of SCAM calls out there, so the best thing to do is NOT to answer if you don't know who is calling.

Called us 3 times tonight. I didn't pick up, and they left no message. On one of the calls they  hung up after one ring.

Got a call twice tonight - just now in fact.  Voice mail message states: "Hi, I am conducting a very brief survey about the Republican Presidential Primary".  Then hangs up.

Same "brief survey about Republican party" intro, and answer to get free cruise.  Then provide your credit card info to pay the duty for the Bahamas.

Designed to circumvent the DNC list by claiming to be a survey company.

Also, a spoofed caller ID.
