Just got a call from this number on my cell phone

Anonymous CID.  Robocall with lower your interest scam.  Wife pressed selection to be put on do not call list.  Got transferred to a heavy accented Indian or Pakistani scammer.  He would have a hard time scamming anyone because he could not speak understandable English!  The number is now blocked on her cell phone, but they will call back using a different spoofed number.

Offered to lower interest rate. Could barely speak English.

Buncha Bs.. Block the number.

Offered to lower interest rate. Blocked also!
