I have no idea who this is.  I am aware that the IRS doesn't phone anybody.  All correspondence comes via mail and client must call them.......SCAM and stupid!!!

Called and told me I had to call today by 11am or a warrant for my arrest would be issued.

They called and said if I didn't call back by the end of the day a warrant would be issue at 11 a.m.
