Got the same message as "Carol" below, stating my card was deactivated?!?! I don't even own a Wells Fargo account.  Spoke to Wells Fargo and they have no such number??  I will not and warn other not to fall for this scam.

they texted my daughter's cell phone and gave the first four numbers (not the last four) and said her card was deactivated and to call this number!  Trying reverse directory but no one seems to be FREE as stated!
