Received a call wanting to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Wanted the expiration date for the card. I refused to give it (my thought...shouldn't they already have this information). The guy with the Russian accent told me I was an idiot & stupid then hung up on me.......apparently I'm not! I called customer service & it was NOT them calling me. Told me to inform my local authorities. I did. She told me about this site, and told me to also inform the BBB (better business bureau) & the FTC (federal trade commission).

Received a called from this number.  Individual wanted to lower rates on my chase credit card.  The problem with this is I don't own a chase credit card.  Sounds like a scam to me.
