Automated woman's voice from "CARDHOLDER'S SERVICES" offering to lower my interest rate to as low 6.9% if I press the #1 now.  I did, and the phone rang without an answer. They've called before and I have hung up, but this time I thought I'd check it out, but immediately thought I might have just given away my cell number and/or all  info on the phone so I immediately pulled the battery and did a reboot. There were no security issues shown after the boot, but I still don't feel comfortable
