Robo-dialer for unknown company. Partial voice message left referred to "case file" and health insurance coverage. I returned the call out of curiosity and the number was busy. Typical tactic.

I got a call from this number and they stated they were the IRS and that they were going to sue me. When I called back, they said they were the "Case Department" and wanted my first and last name
